Nice and clean apartment to be recommended

DAS Jüich is always as good as last time I came. Staff very kind and helpful, clean apartment, all equipment seems brand new, every time I come in Jülich now for one or several weeks, I stay in DAS Jülich which I like a lot. Very good place, I really recommend.

Nice and comfortable apartment, ideal for business stay longer than one week. I appreciate own small kitchen in the apartament and accessibility of laundry in basement.

Guest should order the cleaning. Cleaning was not able during the weekend for some reason.

Great hotel for long stays

The room is well equipped and clean. The bathroom is large with big mirror. I enjoyed staying in the hotel.

New, well-furnished and functional apartments with parking in the town of Jülich. The apartment had direct access to a very pleasant garden area with bench and table outside. Lots of privacy and excellent access to private parking. Great friendliness and availability from the host

Rustig, comfortabel en compleet appartement waar het prima toeven is voor een nacht of enkele nachten

Alles was aanwezig en schoon. Problemen werden meteen opgelost en vriendelijk personeel

Appartement had twee slaapkamers met goede bedden en matrassen. Het toilet en badkamer waren gescheiden van elkaar en parkeren kon voor de deur van het complex.

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement ist modern und vollständig ausgestattet. Einfach mit dem Koffer kommen und auch über längere Zeit wohlfühlen. 😀 Besonders gut hat uns die Barrierefreiheit gefallen. Kostenfreie Waschmaschinen im Keller waren perfekt. Danke für die gute Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Top Appartement mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern

Komplett eingerichtetes Appartement, gute Ausstattung, alles funktionell und durchdacht. Großes Bad.

Der Kühlschrank war zu gut, nach 24 Stunden waren alle Lebensmittel durchgefroren, inkl. 2 Flaschen alkoholfreies Bier (und nein, nicht im Tiefkühlfach). Am Morgen des zweiten Tages gab es kein warmes Wasser und somit war duschen sehr unbehaglich.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Jülich

Einchecken war sehr persönlich und freundlich; Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Apartment war sehr sauber; sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Managerin wartete bei unserer Ankunft draußen auf dem Parkplatz, um die elektrische Schranke zur Einfahrt zu öffnen und führte uns dann zum Apartment.

Freitags während der Vorlesungszeit kann es durch ein angrenzendes Studentenwohnheim zu Lärmbelästigungen kommen. Die Verwaltung von DAS Jülich kann keinen Einfluss darauf nehmen, da sich das Wohnheim nicht auf dem gleichen Grundstück befindet.

Sehr gutes Appartment für Freunde der Wärme

Gute Ausstattung, nettes Personal, alles reibungslos geklappt

Die Grundtemperatur des Zimmers war mit ca.30 Grad im August sehr hoch, das Bad noch wärmer. selbst bei tagsüber 25 Grad bei Abwesenheit und Fenster direkt neben dem Hauseingang nicht runterzukühlen. Nachts durch die Lage auch nur schwer. Ventilator wurde gestellt und sonst war alles top. Außerhalb der Sommermonate sicher perfekt
