Welcome to Park Place, a 4 bed/3 bath villa located in Southern Dunes, Haines City in beautiful central Florida. MILEAGE TO WALT DISNEY WORLD RESORT AREA IS APPROXIMATELY 24 MILES AND UNIVERSAL STUDIOS IS APPROXIMATELY 29 MILES. The golf course at Southern Dunes is a PGA championship golf course rated four and a half stars by Golf Digest and ranked the 6th top course in Florida. Not only does Southern Dunes offer a great 18 hole golf course, there is a club house, restaurant and full bar. There are three large community swimming pools, tennis courts, and a playground for the little ones, as well as a fresh water pond.

Primary Bedroom features a Queen size bed, Flat Screen TV, Pool Access, and a Private En-suite Bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has a Double/Full size bed, Flat Screen TV, and a Private En-suite Bathroom.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 have 2 Twin beds each and Flat Screen TVs. Perfect for children!
Your villa will also come equipped with a private washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board to help you stay on top of your laundry during your stay.
Swimming Pool: POOL FACES THE NORTH. The relaxing pool area is fully screened with a private pool, sun loungers, table and chairs. The large lanai with ceiling fan and southeast facing pool are perfect places to spend the day relaxing in the beautiful Florida sun!If you’d prefer you may also use either of the 3 community pools. Your pool may be heated for an additional fee of $30.00 per day plus tax and must be paid prior to check-in. 72 hours notification is required; contact Titan Vacation Homes for more information.

The owner locked the pantry for personal storage, It diminished the functionality of the kitche.

We really enjoyed our stay. We used to live in Florida 12 years ago. We visit often, but we always have to stay with others or at a hotel. I wanted a place that would be “our house” for people to come visit us in Florida for a change. It was nice to have a few relatives be able to stop by for a visit. The pool in the backyard made the stay. We could swim whenever we wanted. The signs were funny too. I liked that we could rent a grill, thank you for providing that service. The house was big and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The location was close to where family lives in Winter Haven, and close enough to go to the attractions. We got to go out to the beach and to Universal Studios. The rental company was wonderful attending to our needs and answering our questions.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this property. Home was clean and offered many amenities including private pool and game room. Also had access to the club house which we were unable to take advantage of. Property is listed as wheelchair accessible. I was able to get my wheelchair through most of the house although most of the doors were very tight and the en suite bathrooms are not accessible by wheelchair due to tight turn radiuses. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.
