No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $250.00 penalty fee.
Not Pet Friendly Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charge an additional, Non-Refundable fee of $500.
Pool Policy: This home DOES NOT have a pool heater. Pool Heat is NOT available.
SECURITY CAMERAS: There is a security camera on the house that points towards the driveway. This is there for the added security of the home and the guest, and is in no way there to invade the guests privacy. There are NO cameras located inside the home or facing the pool area.
