The location is incredible. Super close to all the attractions.
The pillowcases were not clean properly. It had a dark stain.

Location was very good, extremely happy there was air conditioning as we were there during the heatwave
The shower was flooding the floor which resulted in the door to the bathroom not closing.

Good sized space
A lot of potential but let down by the shabby entrance hall, no on site reception. Area outside appt had people searching for key cards late a night in lock boxes making huge noise due to not staff to help them. The cutlery was in some cases dirty on arrival with missing items. Although advertised as no air conditioning the building requires it during summer months. Made worse by no fans available. Additionally no guest information available in the appt, only online. The shower was set too low on the wall and water temp and pressure poor
