    [Overall Experience] We visited as a group of three friends, and this was truly a flawless experience. We loved it so much that we even paid for a late checkout until 6 PM, despite having another hotel reservation. We’ve already decided to come back with our families next time! [Best Staff: Anna] I am writing this review specifically to praise Anna at the reception. She was incredibly helpful, proactive, and always had a beautiful smile. Thanks to her help with a room upgrade, we stayed in a very spacious and comfortable room. She is the reason our 3-day stay was so happy. Thank you so much, Anna! [Cleanliness & Service] The housekeeping team is top-notch. Our room was serviced perfectly while we were at breakfast, and any requests for extra water or towels were handled instantly. The resort is so well-maintained that we didn't encounter a single mosquito. [Facilities & Highlights] Private Beach: One of the few resorts in the area with a private beach. It made snorkeling so easy and enjoyable. Pool & Bar: The pool is amazing, and the small bar at the far left has a "special" and stunning view. Location: Great accessibility with a 20-minute shuttle bus service to the city for shopping and dining. [Dining] The breakfast was excellent. For dinner, I highly recommend the tenderloin steak paired with house red wine—it was a truly romantic and satisfying meal. The pizza is also delicious! [Tip for Travelers] The extra bed for the 3rd person is a bit on the smaller side. It’s perfect for children but might feel tight for an adult. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect! 한국인 여자 세 명이 묵었는데 최고였어요. 무조건 추천합니다!

    Unlike most hotels in Nha Trang, here you don't have to cross the road to reach the beach. It is a bit far from city center but we enjoyed the relax ambience.

    I returned to this resort because I had a very positive experience here last year. During check-in they even prepared champagne after hearing that I was a returning guest. The dinner restaurant was also excellent, and it honestly made me think about coming back again with my family. Unfortunately, the experience with the pool facilities this time was extremely disappointing. The resort has a main pool, a smaller pool, and the beach. The main pool tends to be very loud due to children, so we intended to use the smaller pool for a quieter environment. On the second morning, after breakfast at around 8:30 AM, we went to the small pool. Every sunbed was “reserved” with towels or personal belongings, yet there was literally nobody there using them. Many guests had placed their belongings early in the morning and left. As a result, guests who actually wanted to use the pool could not find a place to sit. I paid to stay at this resort and use its facilities, but some guests were effectively privatizing the shared pool area by occupying sunbeds for hours without using them. When I reported this to reception, the response was mostly formal apologies and suggestions to use the main pool or the beach instead. We even asked if an extra umbrella could be placed near the pool, but we were told that was not possible. Staff repeatedly suggested that we move to the beach area. At one point the guests who had reserved the sunbeds briefly appeared. A staff member spoke to them, but no action was taken. They left again and their belongings remained on the sunbeds. Later it became clear that some of these guests only returned around 10:00–10:30 AM to use the beds. During that time, other guests kept arriving, realizing there were no available sunbeds, and leaving frustrated. In practice, a few guests were treating a shared pool area like their private pool villa, while the resort allowed it to continue. Instead of addressing the guests causing the issue, other paying guests were told to use alternative facilities. This issue cannot be solved with a simple apology. In a resort environment, clear rules and active management against long-term sunbed reservation are essential to ensure fair access for all guests. The resort has good facilities overall, which makes this experience even more disappointing. If this situation continues to be tolerated, it significantly affects the guest experience. The room itself has a nature friendly vibe with a half outdoor shower space, but the floor was dirty. The sea restaurant is good tho.
