Size, location and comfy bed
Stove was antiquated abd oven dirty, but it didn't matter because we used the microwave.

We liked the location , it was very spacious , had all the Utensil’s you needed.
Felt quite unclean, didn’t feel like it had been cleaned well. The oven was very very dirty including pans and cutlery and glasses you could see the stains. Dusty surfaces above the bed and skylight in the main bedroom . The shower head was faulty and was spraying like a mist.
