The accommodation is beautiful and I had a lovely stay. The area is very quiet and even though it's not quite at the beach, you can easily walk there. I enjoyed a swim in the pool every night and slept very well in my comfy bed. The host, Justin, is very friendly and even showed me around Watamu. I definitely recommend staying there!
There is no breakfast, lunch or dinner at the accommodation. As there is a communal kitchen, this is not a problem but people should know as this must've changed recently.

Lovely place, that we had completely to ourselves. Staff were so kind, and gave proper information about what to do/see in the area. The swimmingpool was a bliss. Nice setting with all the plants in the garden. Nice sunbeds.
It was also great to have a record player and board games, and skip the TV and modern technology.

Stunning villa with great outdoors & pool. Really kind and helpful host & people. Couldn't have asked for a better stay during our time in Watamu.
Unreliable local utilities / electricity providers. However, host Justin took great care and made sure electricity was always available through their on-site generator.

It was stylishly furnished, the garden is lovely, pool is clean. Breakfast is excellent.
The shared kitchen could do with a bit more attention and many of the kitchen items were missing from the list described. The host who lives at the property is negative, her comments can be borderline racist and unprofessional. Furthermore, she insulted me and spoke to me in a unacceptable manner despite of the fact that the misunderstanding arose to due to her communication error.
