Good value for money on Kopaonik

The host is really nice and responsive and it took care of everything we asked. The location is really good, 7 minutes by car to the Malo Jezero ski lift, and also having a free parking spot in Kopaonik is a huge plus. The apart hotel also have organized ski bus but I cannot inform regarding that since we didn't use it. The heating in the room is really good, there is long radiator and it is really useful after a ski day. Also the hangers in the hall are really useful and this apartment is adapted for skiers. The kitchen is equipped with induction plot which is really quick when you want to cook something, but the fridge can be a little bit bigger than it is.

The celling in the sleeping area is low, and it can be sometimes difficult for taller persons but you use it only to go to sleep :). The main issue maybe is the bath drainage system. After having a shower the bathroom was filled with leaked water and the drainage is not well aligned in the bathroom, but I believe this is issue in the construction work. We haven't informed the host regarding this, maybe this would have been fixed if we informed them, since they were really responsive.

The breakfast made by the hotel that you pay extra was very good.

We booked for 4 nights but we left 2 days earlier. Because: - The apartment shouldn't be rented for 4 persons taking into account that it's just a small room where they made some kind of suspended bed in it. The children slept upstairs, but the space was so little that they couldn't stand up. - The stairs that lead to the bed upstairs are unsafe for children as they are too narrow and one step was moving. The bed for the children (which are actually mattresses put on the ground) was surrounded by a wooden fence which had parts of it broken or moving and the children could fall off the bed directly. - All the carpets are very dirty, there are spider webs on the sealing and the shower drain doesn't work. - The apartment is somehow in the basement, 1 floor bellow the road, on the road side so there is not much light but a lot of noise. -Moreover, the window didn't close properly, and the exhaust of the hotel's kitchen is near the window and you can smell and hear it. Also, the parking hotel is muddy. The hotel it's quite far from the slopes and it's very difficult to find a parking place.

The apartmant is really solid, it's really clean, warm and it is located in a nice spot right where the shuttle bus arrives. The personnel is really helpful and nice, they help you find a parking spot, they help with the luggage and they clean the snow off the cars. I reccomend this apartmant.
