Rokkaria Holidays Apartments

Posizione ottima sia per raggiungere la spiaggia di SIMIUS che il centro del paese. Il titolare Francesco è stato molto cordiale e disponibile. L’appartamento è dotato anche di una comoda terrazza con vista sul paese e parziale vista mare.

Todo en general. La cercanía e involucración de Francesco. Respondía rápido a nuestras dudas; lo completo que estaba el apartamento, con absolutamente todo lo que se necesita. Además de estar situado genial porque está a 2 minutos de vía del Mare, calle principal, pero a su vez no se escuchaba nada de ruido. La verdad que un éxito el apartamento.

Repetiría si volviese y lo recomiendo 100%

Rokkaria Apartments is very well kept with a full time caretaker looking after garden - "premium feeling" Location is great; quiet but only a very short walk from city center, close to the beach for being in the Villasimius city Apartment is from I belive 2000 and in good condition compared to many older Sardinia properties

When booking the apartment you get an impression from booking site that you get 2 bedrooms, but in fact there are 2 apartments one with 1 bedroom and one with 2 bedroom. Watch out so you dont misunderstand like I did !

Firstly, We have been asked to pay €50 for bed linens and towels (this is was not mentioned at the time of the booking) and we pointed that out so it was waived. Unfortunately, our flight got cancelled and we asked the host to understand the situation and refund the booking or postpone it for another time he wasn’t very helpful with that and said he already paid people to check us in and prepare the apartment and refused to refund us or to change the date, so we had to find other flights to get to our booked apartment, after we purchased the tickets he said he can not check us in because there is no one there (He did give us and extra night for free) But when we arrived the next day we stayed with our luggage on the street under the sun for two hours waiting for someone to come and check us in (and he wasn’t answering the phone). The apartment wasn’t ready there was NO WIFI and the apartment door was broken and doesn’t lock so that took another 4 hrs for them to fix it while we are there, at night we discovered that the gas for the cook top is not working so that needed attending to the next day…
