Ankh Pension

The property is in a stunning location - really beautiful - car free and on the ocean. We arrived on foot and left by boat. A real treat. There are lovely areas for sunbathing with comfy beds and shade. And some rooms also have fabulous balconies with sun loungers. There are washing lines and pegs (a helpful touch) There are steps down to swim in the still bay. Breakfast is delicious with local cheeses and fresh fruit and eggs served to you. Loads of coffee and tea. You will not go hungry and are not rushed. Dinner is decent. The staff are friendly and attentive and willing.

I paid £170+/night and apparently got upgraded and although the balcony was really special, the room was quite basic. No toiletries or hairdryers or tea/coffee making or bottled water or slippers or tv or speaker or fridge. My double bed was particularly uncomfortable with an old mattress and one of those plastic backed ( avoid soilage) fitted sheets that is noisy and sweaty. Plus lumpy pillows. However I did share this and the hotel were VERY accommodating to move rooms - I chose to stay in room and sleep in the single bed. We were v early season and there was no pudding available or icecream.

Mancano delle lenzuola e la doccia non funziona in maniera ottimale.

L'emplacement est idéal. La terrasse et les pontons en bois permettent de profiter au maximum de la vue magnifique sur Kekova. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et copieux.

What an incredibly idyllic and stunning location. We loved the sea view from the balcony, not to mention the pristine private beachfront that the pension boasts. Two steps from your balcony and you are at the waters edge. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast and dinners were freshly prepared and delicious ! They also had lovely wines available from the restaurant bar and great homemade ice cream. The bedroom is simple but clean and comfortable with fresh linens and even a hairdryer. One must bring their own toiletries though. It really was a gorgeous stay and I highly recommend it for anyone wanting a two night escape from the mainland busyness.
