    Fantastic apartment with washing machine and well equiped kitchen , a bit far from city centre but we still walked everywhere, great price

    I had a wonderful stay at the Bilginer Apartments. Incredibly spacious apartment! Absolutely huge for a budget space. I did not have any of the electricity issues mentioned by past reviewers. 100% electricity and hot water at all times. The apartments are far away from the city center. It is about a 35 minute walk to the otogar/city center. For the Myra ruins, it is also about a 30 minute walk. But, it is very quiet and residential despite being a bit out of the way. One other note - this is not a normal hotel. I did not see any reception staff or other staff besides a housekeeper, who fortunately provided my key. After that, I never saw anyone again. So if you need a full service hotel, this is not for you. But it really is a great place to stay in Demre!

    Great place to stay, but there were problems with the electricity going off. Don’t know if this is a frequent problem or just during our stay but was frustrating. Otherwise a really great place and a nice staff.

    Everything was perfect and highly recommended other than the power went out three times in 24 hours. Seems like there’s some kind of an issue in the building.
