The location is perfect, very close to the beach, bus stop and restaurants. Very affordable price and friendly host.

The bed is not so comfortable but it is acceptable. Wifi signal in the room is not stable.

Good for the price

I want to be as real as possible. You aren’t going to get anything luxury for this price. What you will get is a friendly host, clean accommodation and also a brilliant location. FYI the shower is a wet room - like most basic places. If you want luxury- don’t stay. If you only use the room to sleep and shower - it’s basic and doable

great location but old studio

staff come in daily to clean up, location was amazing. very close to beach, supermarket and Main Street. came with a terrace that we ate all our meals on.

overall the property is just old. it needs a big renovation. all furniture was outdated. very random and mismatched crockery and cutlery. very old hot plate. also the electricity couldn’t handle the power of the aircon, so every so often it would surge and dip.

The service is very kind and they let us borrow an umbrella for the sun. The location is very good and quiet, ample parking with shadow for the car. A lot of windows so it was very bright.

The equipment in the kitchen was bare minimum, no cutting table, plastic dishes, no wood spoon. No coffee machine or kettle, the pan was almost unusable, very old and oxidated kitchen cabinet. The shower and its curtain is very uncomfortable. Even though they clean each day, it wasn't a very good cleaning over all

Lovely stay in Naxos. The apartments are in a quiet area of Agios Prokopios, away from the traffic of the main road. The beach is still just a few hundred meters away. The flats, although somewhat dated, are spacious enough and have a pleasant private terrace. The lady who runs the place is nice and does her best to keep the place tidy and clean everyday.

Un alojamiento muy cómodo, calidad precio muy buena.

La ubicación la playa está a 2 minutos, el apartamento es grande, cómodo,con todo lo que se pueda necesitar, muy limpio, el balcón grande, la cocina sirve para hacer el desayuno. Es muy tranquilo y silencioso, hay restaurantes, panaderías y supermercado muy cerca. Los dueños son muy muy amables. Por el precio es fantástico. Gracias a los propietarios.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό.

Δυστυχώς δεν μείναμε ικανοποιημένοι από την διαμονή μας στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα. Καταρχάς βρίσκεται σε ένα στενό του Αγίου Προκοπίου το οποίο είναι πολύ δύσκολο να το βρεις, με το GPS. Δεν υπήρξε καλωσόρισμα, απλά μας είπαν να πάρουμε τα κλειδιά. Δηλαδή δεν υπήρξε καμία διάθεση για να μας προτείνουν για παραδειγμα που να πάμε στο νησί. Ακόμα και όταν φύγαμε δεν υπήρξε καμία επικοινωνία απο την πλευρα της διαχείρισης. Η πόρτα του μπάνιου ήταν χαλασμένη με αποτέλεσμα να μην κλείνει. Το κάτω μέρος της εξώπορτας στραβό, έκανε κενό και έβλεπες απέξω από το δωμάτιο. Η πόρτα του συρταριου της κουζίνας δεν άνοιγε σχεδόν καθόλου διότι χτυπούσε πάνω στο κομοδίνο. Επισης, στη κουζίνα είχε ένα καδο σκουπιδιών παρα πολυ μικρο και με σπασμενο το καπακι του με αποτέλεσμα να ηταν πολυ δύσχρηστος. Το φως στο μπουντουάρ δεν λειτουργεί καν και το ράφι του είχε ένα χερούλι που μπορεί και να σου μείνει και στο χέρι. Μέχρι και το πιγκαλ στο μπανιο σπασμένο. Η μπριζα του κομοδίνου είχε βγει προς τα έξω. Εννοείται ότι υπάρχουν και φωτογραφίες για ολα τα παραπάνω. Α και το wifi είχε μόνο διακοσμητικό ρόλο γιατί δεν έπιανε καν.
