A wonderful find for a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location (once I figured it out). Many thanks to Eva for her extra efforts to get me there. The place was simple and clean. I wasn’t sure about being right on the street, but the passage is barely used, and it ended up being perfectly quiet and super convenient. Amazing access to a lovely beach and a clothesline on the patio for post-swim drying. The bathroom was well appointed and the shower was nice and hot. I did need to ask Eva for a blanket for the bed, which she quickly provided. I slept like a baby.

If I had to be fussy, I’d have loved a comfortable chair for sitting inside. But, I never really wanted for one. The only other thing was that the lighting was either too dim or too bright. Again, not a real problem, as the point is to enjoy being out and about on the island.

What an amazing place! Right by the beach and near some restaurants, we loved staying here. The host was very lovely and showed us to our room and was helpful when we had questions. The location was perfect, the room was very clean (she also cleaned it every morning for us), would highly recommend!

The host was the nicest woman ever but I thought I was reserving the 1st floor (no stairs). The accomodation looked nothing like the picture when I reserved. I insisted on seeing the downstairs unit to make the comparison to what I thought I was reserving but the host's daughter refused to show me. My garbage was never emptied and the room wasnt cleaned while I stayed there. The host apologized but didnt try to correct that. I personally cant recommend for those reasons.

-The room was in a walking distance from the beach -Easy checkin -Friendly hosts

-There isn’t free parking available-just a small space that can’t fit all the customers’ cars -The bed sheets had yellow stains on and the towels were super used -Thin walls. Our upstairs neighbours woke us up at 8 am -Very bad location of the room. We couldn’t keep the shutters open as everyone can see you from the outside. Coming out of the room is also dangerous with cars running in the alley. -Also it was the first room in Naxos where a bottle of water wasn’t put in our fridge as a welcome drink

Nice accommodation

The property was in a nice quiet area of Agios Propkopios. It was close to a very good supermarket, as well as handy for the beach. Some nice tavernas nearby also. My room was cleaned every day, and although the room and balcony were a bit compact, they were large enough for my needs. The owner, Eva, was friendly and helpful.

Everything!! Eva, our host, was so kind and thoughtful. She made us feel so welcome :) The room was cleaned everyday and was always spotless. The rooms are spacious and had a balcony, large bathroom, mini fridge, large sink, and mini burner with counter space so we were able to make instant coffee, breakfast, and lunch every day. The beach is beautiful, my favorite one on Naxos, and is less than 2 minutes away. the location is amazing- right next to shops and restaurants, but quiet and tranquil. the air conditioning worked great and the shower was always hot. Wi-Fi was strong. less than a minute walking to the bus stop, so easy access to Chora and anywhere else on the island. i highly recommend staying here!!! the studio is picturesque and feels like home. we were so sad to leave. thank you Eva!

A quiet and restful stay in a beautiful town of Naxos!

The location of this little studio was perfect - a hop and a skip away from the beach, restaurants, shops, but still tucked away in a side street so it was a quiet and restful atmosphere. Eva, the owner, was incredibly kind and accommodating and the room was stocked with all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

No complaints, really! I had a very enjoyable stay. My only gripe is with the local buses that never arrived on time, but that had nothing to do with Klimataria Studios :)

Nice good looking new studio, very friendly owner, lovely mother. The bed was perfect for me. For two friends or a couple it might be a little bit small, depends what you're used to.

There could be a hairdryer. Check out time 10:30, could be at 11-12 as is usual. But there's also earlier check in time, which might be an advantage for some people.

Wonderful location, wonderful

I absolutely loved every minute of our stay here! Eva greeted us as soon as we arrived and helped us check in. Eva was so kind and lovely and after long travels she made me feel so welcomed and her kindness was exactly what I needed. Our room was super clean, so cozy and cool (AC worked so well). The hotel was steps away from restaurants, the main bus stop and the beach! The bed was comfortable so we always slept well. Eva refreshed and cleaned our room to perfection every day. There was also clean towels to shower with which was wonderful as we had been travelling backpack style. Eva also showed us where we could hang dry our clothes after the beach which was wonderful too! If you’re in Naxos, you should stay here it was amazing!

Excellent location

Very easy to go there with bus (or your own transportation). We arrived late due to late ferry, the owner sat outside our room waiting for us. Very kind old lady that cleaned the room every day. Perfect location: Beach, restaurant, bus stop and groceries are only a minute away. Beach is nice, mostly sun beds but some open areas. Easy to go to Plaka and other places.

Kitchen facilities could be better, only one stove top. But we did only make breakfast so it worked for us. No coffeemaker. Bed was a bit too hard (but very common in Greece).

Great hotel, top location, highly recommended!

A very nice place to stay in a perfect location. Just far enough from the noise and smells of restaurants but only 100 meters away from the best beach and all the restaurants, shops and a bus stop to the Naxos town. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Each room has a fridge, a small hot plate, cutlery and plates, so you can even cook something simple. That was a great plus for me because i prolonged my stay in Klimataria Studios for another 10 days. The hotel is fresh after renovation and is very clean. Eva, the owner, speaks English very good and she is a kind and caring host.

Facility itself good enough. It in the one of the best beaches on the beautiful island, close to the beach and bus stop and tavernas. But host is a problem. My last day was poisoned and ruined by this person

1. The check out. I was asked to leave 10am, but I was practically drive away by host at 9am 2. There are nothing in the bathroom, even toilet paper, just small peace of soap used by someone else 3. It in the road corner, so, you can here people driving and walking all night 3.

Good location

The mother running the property was very kind. The hotel is very close to the beach, restaurants, and main bus stop. Everything was clean, and the room was cleaned daily. The room was a decent size.

It was the most expensive place we stayed in Greece (and we also stayed in another hotel in the same town), yet it was the most basic accommodation. So they may be overcharging a bit. However, there are much worse hotels in town that are charging even more. Also, the ground floor room is a bit odd, as your door and balcony are directly onto the street. The upstairs rooms are preferable.

Just amazing!

The location was just perfect! Just one minute from the greatest beach of Naxos. Many nice restaurants just a few steps from the room. The bus stop is just in the corner and you can travel the whole island with no need of renting a car. There are many renting car and bikes shops around the corner. You can rent a motorbike just for the beaches and use the bus for the villages.

There is nothing we didn´t like. We had booked the room just for 4 nights and then we decided to stay for 3 nights more. It´s a pity there was no room available but the host helped us to find a room just next to them.
