Welcome to your new 4 bedroom 3 bath vacation home holiday rental, perfect for your exciting, fun-filled dream vacation. It comes complete with everything from TVs in living room and bedrooms to your very own private pool with spa. Whether you’re out at the parks or sightseeing around the Central Florida area, you will look forward to returning to this vacation holiday home each day! Your home is fully equipped with everything you will need while on vacation. The kitchen has all new appliances, microwave, coffee maker, blender, cookware utensils, stove top and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, and a washer and dryer.
Your home will have bed linens, pool and beach towels, toilet paper and a small bar of soap in every bathroom, garbage bags in every garbage can, and a small box of laundry detergent enough for 1 load of laundry. The following is a quick highlight of what we offer:
-4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 master suites with its private bathroom)
- Fenced backyard and the pool with complete privacy
- Spacious lounge with 16' ceiling and sunroofs
- Covered deck with a BBQ grill
- Fully equipped Kitchen, dining room and dinette
- Washer & Dryer.
- Game room with pool table, foosball, and darts.
- Alarm system for access to the pool
Indian Creek is very quiet and secluded with restaurants, shoppings, and supermarkets just a few minutes away.
Driving distance from Indian Creek to major parks:
Disney - 5 minutes
Sea World - 15 minutes
Universal Studios - 20 Minutes
Shopping Outlets - 20 Minutes
Kennedy Space Center - 1 hour
Busch Gardens - 1 hour
The pool heating is NOT included with your stay, the rate is $50 per night for the pool heater to be turned on, minimum of 5 nights for reservations, please keep this in mind if you are booking the house for winter/colder months and if you plan to use the pool, it can take up to 48 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions (winter).

House is in a convenient location inside a decent development. Close to most attractions. Management company responded to emails in a timely fashion. No issues that needed any attention during our stay. Decent valued rental.

House was clean, great location, all the amenities. Private yard with a large pool and jacuzzi tub. Our family had a great stay at this property and look forward to coming back in the future. Sandra was great to deal with. Would definitely recommend!

I wouldn’t book property again should have let me know it wasn’t any TVs in 2 of the bedrooms and the patio table wasn’t cleaned at all

This property was in a great location and had all the amenities to self-cater during our vacation.
The owner/property manager was very responsive via email.
There is a general "tired" feeling to this property though. The pool deck has a significant amount of staining and chipping, and the trees are incredibly over grown and make a fair amount of daily mess in the pool and front entrance way.
We had issues with the hot tub jets, that the pool maintainer also could not resolve, but the pool heat worked fine and it did not affect our stay in any way.
Kitchen and bedrooms were fully outfitted, albeit again, with dated items, however we had full functionality.
To stay here again I would want assurances that some refreshing had been done to the property.
