Von dem Hotel waren wir sehr angenehm überrascht. Das Personal ist nicht nur professionell freundlich, sondern richtig herzlich. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam, auch beim Frühstück wird man umsorgt. Eine ZEHN mit Stern für so ein Personal! Wir wurden am Abend vorher angerufen und nach unserer Ankunftszeit gefragt und unser Zimmer war daraufhin bei unserer Ankunft schon bezugsfertig. Auch gab es jeden Tag automatisch frische Handtücher.
Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und schön möbliert. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage zur Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof. In Bad Mergentheim würden wir nur noch im Hotel Münze nächtigen!
Jetzt noch was Negatives? Da fällt uns aber nichts ein!
Oder doch: Keine Gummibärtütchen auf den Kopfkissen!

Das Ambiente dieses Hotels ist wunderschön, man fühlt sich gleich sehr wohl wenn man das Haus betritt.

Sehr gutes freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Räumlichkeiten entsprachen voll meinen Erwartungen . Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt in Bad Mergentheim und in diesem Hotel. Unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen.

We were very satisfied! Warm welcome, great central location, clean and comfortable rooms, garage and bike storage, a colorful, delicious breakfast, which can also be enjoyed on the terrace. Excellent value for money.
