The place is clean and the owners are helpful. Thai breakfast is good. However, the place is very far from everything. It is also not easily found. Recommended for those who wants peace and solitude but not for those who loves exploring areas. Garden is besutiful.

The location - authentic experience with locals. It was very close to BTS station, also taxi ride (Grab) was quite easy and cheap as it is well conected with Grand palace area and Chinatown. The garden is also beautiful- like a secluded small jungle in the middle of concrete :)
The room was spacious and breakfasts were delicios! Each day they prepared local food and something new. Hosts were also great. All in all a fantastic experience.
