Accessibility, cleanliness, roof top view, rooms and the courteous nature of the staff.
Finite delay in getting food orders. Could be a benefit of doubt that we visited during peak season.

location is great if you can rent a bike city tour is possible easily. main manger / owner was very cooperative bed was comfortable for 2 adults with a kid.
breakfast was not booked hence no comment on that but optional breakfast was also with not many options. they lack staff hence room service wasn't as per expectations. one of the dinner we took on the roof top food was great in taste but the staff asked us to pay separately which is not acceptable alas we already had dinner so cant do anything but to pay.
