Description is accurate. We had a great time! Mt Adams is walkable to bars & restaurants. Easy Uber to the riverfront area or OTR. Convenient to The Monastery Event Center if you’re there for a wedding. The unit is nice but the biggest plus is PARKING! We were able to fit 2 vehicles off-street. On-street parking is definitely hit or miss. Having the add’l bathroom was helpful too. Rooftop deck was such a great place to visit with family & friends!

Our family was in town for our daughter's graduation from Xavier. The house was perfect for our stay. We are familiar with the area, so we knew it was convenient to restaurants. We love the walkability of the area and it's a quick drive down the hill to the city. The rooftop deck was our favorite place to hang out! The best part was having 2 dedicated parking spots for our vehicles. I highly recommend this property.

Was there for my niece's wedding. It was me and my two adult children. The place is awesome and has a lot of character! Great location to everything. My daughter and I each had a bedroom with great memory foam beds. Unfortunately my son had the broken pull out bed. Half the bed was up and the other was literally slanting down to the floor. The 2nd night we propped it up with pillows which helped but he had a few bad nights of sleep. It was a bit strange they had decibel detectors in the building to make sure we weren’t too loud. We aren’t partiers so we weren’t in any danger being kicked out but still it make it a bit unsettling. I’d probably stay there again because of the location and views. Just not use the pull out couch.

This rental was so cute and a welcomed change in lodging. We stayed for 2 nights over New Year’s Eve and the rooftop patio really sold us! Neighborhood was quite and awesome views on the city from the rooftop. Would definitely stay here again!

We rented this house for a dads/son football game getaway. Great neighborhood. Parking was included. House was clean and well maintained. The rooftop was a great bonus. We were able to hang outside which offered a great view. The grill does need updating or cleaned. We did use the air mattress they provided and it had a hole in it. Also toilet paper was not provided, I spoke to the property manager, he apologized. Communication was great. Neighborhood was also wonderful, lots of stuff within walking distance. Note: UBER to Bengals game was pricy so if your looking to go to that area be aware.

My only issue is that the propertay is not safe for children under 5 or 6. There are a lot of steps and a small child can fall through all of the railings and end up falling 3 flights. Luckily we had a 14 and 17 yr old to help us keep an eye on the 20 mo old. However, I was a nervous wreck.

This was a really neat place to stay while visiting the Creation museum and the Ark Encounter. The home was really clean and cute, but it had an odd layout with nothing but the entrance on the 1st floor. Be prepared to walk up steps! Parking was also an issue.

Picked this location as a base for a couple of days of bicycling with friends on the trails around Cincinnati. Worked out perfectly. When we weren’t biking, we had lots of places within walking distance for food and entertainment. Really enjoyed the rooftop!

We stayed here for a visit to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. This was during COVID times so we were looking for lodging that would be safer than group lodging. This was a wonderful location. Beautiful views. Nice little walk and yard space across the road where the park is. Private parking which I came to learn is super important. Lots more to look at around the area if you have the time. Seems like a very safe area, even at night. Only concern I would put out there would be the stairs. The space is absolutely gorgeous, but has 2 flights of stairs. Not an issue for us but difficult for my mother in law and created some concerns for the 3 year old. BUT fear not because the very top level can be an all in one space so the MIL stayed there that way she only had to use the stairs when we left the house which honestly wasn’t much for her. And as for the 3 year old we barricaded the stairs with the stools and chairs so it worked just as well. It was well worth the value and honestly changed my opinion about Cincinnati. I didn’t see it as a ‘big city’ during our stay and this beautiful gem had a great deal to do with that. Will definitely attempt another stay here during our next visit up.

Such a great place for a short weekend get away! We were able to sleep 9 with the two beds, queen pull out, air mattress and small couch. Very nicely decorated and accommodating! The outdoor space rooftop deck is amazing!! 10/10 recommend this place! Dan is very helpful too if you have any questions.

This was a very nice space and we especially loved the rooftop deck as we were hosting a small graduation gathering for 9 in late June (during Covid19). For safety, we needed to be outside, so this was ideal. The beds in bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms in good shape. Upon arriving, I noticed the sun awning on the deck was missing. Apparently it was damaged and being fixed. We were lucky to need the deck during later afternoon and evening when the sun was not directly on the rooftop. I would have been bummed if I wanted to be on deck in morning or mid day. Perhaps, while the shade is not available, the photo could reflect that. As listed under amenities, there were a variety of soaps in the apartment, but we could not find bath soap or shower gel, so we used the hand soap. Owners were responsive when I called with questions.

This rental was a great place for my family to stay. Loved the location - easy to get to from downtown or the highway, lots of little restaurants & bars to walk to, and Eden Park right across the street. And reserved, off-street parking was a game changer in a town where parking can be very tricky. Accommodations were all cool, comfy, and updated, and the rooftop deck was a special treat. Property manager was very responsive and helpful with all my messages. My family loved it and would come again!!

Home away from home

Fantastic property conveniently located in the heart of Mt. Adams. This home is within walking distance to a park, bar and grill, hukkah lounge and much more. A short car ride will get you about anywhere you want to go. We loved staying here and can't wait to go back when it is warmer to enjoy more of the rooftop patio. The owners were very easy to get ahold of and responded to us within minutes. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to get away for a few days. Our dog even loved the place and pretty sure she'd say the same.
