AAA FeWo Bad Hofgastein

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in Gastein verbracht. Die FeWo hat alles was man braucht, 3 Balkone, eine kleine Küche, die aber alles hat was man braucht und ein gut eingerichtetes Wohn/Esszimmer. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr schön, mit direktem Zugang zum Bad und ein separates Klo rundet die Wohnung ab. Es gibt genügend Schränke für Stauraum. Kann diese FeWo nur weiterempfehlen da sie auch noch in einer ruhigen Strasse liegt und sehr nah am Ortskern

Alles perfekt, man fühlt sich wie zuhause, alles sehr sauber, tolle Ausstattung in der Küche, sehr ruhige Gegend, sehr hell und freundlich, Top- Aussicht auf die Berge, sonnige Terrasse, wir kommen wieder

etwas kompliziert ist die Müllentsorgung und Mülltrennung vor Ort, Balkontür schwer zu öffnen, kein Dunstabzug in der Küche bzw. kein Schalter für Abzug gefunden, das sieht man auch am Küchenfenster - aber das ist wirklich Jammern auf hohem Niveau!

The apartment was of a particularly good standard, freshly renovated, very well equipped, tastefully decorated. Much better than expected! The price-value ratio is very good. The kitchen equipment was complete. I recommend it to everyone, they will have a good time with it!

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location was convenient, and once everything was sorted out, we enjoyed our stay.

Communication with the hosts was very disappointing. An earlier check-in that had initially been approved was changed back to the standard check-in time at the last moment. The arrival information was missing, and when we arrived there was nobody on site and nobody answered the phone for approximately 45 minutes. Eventually, we received the access code, but no parking instructions. Obtaining the parking information then took almost two days despite more than 20 unanswered phone calls. Communication through the Booking platform was limited and dismissive, with instructions to “just read your messages” instead of addressing the issue directly. No apology was offered for the inconvenience caused.
