We’re Kurt and Kathryn Heier, owners of Hillsong Heaven and Higher Quality Vacation Rentals, and we’d love to welcome you to HILLSONG HEAVEN CABIN boasting 5 KING SUITES WITH PRIVATE BATHS.
Imagine feeling like you’re living in a treehouse, suspended high in the forest—but with all the comforts of home, including AC and heat! When you enter this magical cabin, you’ll immediately notice the glass windows everywhere—even on the corners of the cabin—inviting you to bring the outdoors in. Suspended high off the ground, the back of the cabin offers beautiful hillside and mountain views, creating the feeling that you’re truly nestled among the treetops.
This spacious cabin features 5 KING SUITES, each with its own private bathroom and unique theme, comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests.
Enjoy a theater area with 10 leather recliners, pool table, ping pong, foosball table, video arcade game, propane firepit, and beautiful mountain/hillside views. The updated large kitchen, custom live-edge dining table, and expansive bar top provide plenty of space for everyone to gather, with seating to accommodate up to 14 guests.

The outdooor community pool is located a 5 minute drive at the top of the resort with lovely views. - Open from the end of May through the end of September, weather permitting.
Traveling with your pup? We welcome up to two dogs, up to 50 lbs. each, for a non-refundable $150 pet fee.

**LOCATION/RESORT**

Brother's Cove is just 19 minutes from Pigeon Forge down Walden's Creek Rd. This is a beautiful gated community offering a seasonal outdoor pool, and a wedding gazebo. We are on 2 acres, with cabins spaced far apart. You will feel like you are in a treehouse in the forest! Easy driving, all paved. Once in our community, you have just one hill to go up (approximately 30 seconds) and you are there. There are NO crazy roads required to get to our cabin, and you do NOT need a 4 wheel drive, just a regular vehicle will do fine. In case of snow (infrequent), the roads in our community will be plowed by the homeowner's association. PLENTY OF PARKING. We have almost the whole road to ourselves located on a cul-de-sac with just one other cabin. 7-10 cars or more can fit.

GAME/THEATER ROOM: We have a very large hi-def, smart 65 inch TV, surround sound, and 10 leather recliners for your movie enjoyment! We offer a ROKU system on the theater TV (and all TV's in the cabin) which offers hundreds of apps where you can sign on to your account and watch all your favorite shows or movies, and lots of free channels too. The living room also has a ROKU system. We also have a game arcade featuring tons of games like Pacman, Frogger, and more, a foosball table, a full-sized ping pong table, and pool table for lots of fun! Downstairs we offer several board games for hours of family fun.

WIFI: YES, we have fast wifi! YAHOO! We have Roku TV's throughout the cabin, with thousands available apps for you to sign on to with your account!

KITCHEN/DINING: Hillsong Heaven features a brilliant kitchen, with lots of counter space, and seating for 14. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the kitchen utilities you'll need. In addition to basics, like dinnerware, glasses and utensils, you'll find extras like an electric pancake griddle, Keurig machine, french press, waffle maker, coffee grinder, blender, immersion blender, coffee maker, toaster, and much more! The kitchen gives you lots of space featuring a stainless steel refrigerator, with water and ice, Bosch dishwasher, range/oven, microwave, great lighting, an expansive bar top with seating for 6 and a warm and inviting atmosphere for the whole family.

Bedroom 1, DEER RUN ROOM: Upstairs, features a vaulted ceiling, king canopy bed made from mango wood, woodburning fireplace, attached full bathroom, plus a big jacuzzi tub in the room, flat screen TV, located upstairs. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 2, PAPA BEAR ROOM: Upstairs, features a king bed and a log twin bunk. There is a flat screen TV and attached full bathroom. Sleeps 4.
Bedroom 3, MOUNTAIN VIEW ROOM: Upstairs, features a vaulted ceiling, mountain and tree views, king woodburning fireplace, attached full bathroom, plus a big jacuzzi tub in the room, flat screen TV. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 4, TREEHOUSE ROOM: Upstairs, feel like being suspended in a treehouse. Features a vaulted ceiling, views of trees/mountains, king bed, woodburning fireplace, attached full bathroom, plus a big jacuzzi tub, flat screen TV. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 5, SUNRISE ROOM: MAIN LEVEL, king bed, private bath, woodburning fireplace, plus a big jacuzzi tub in the room, flat screen TV. Sleeps 2.
LIVING ROOM: Queen futon located in the living room. Bedding is provided.
OUTDOORS: Hillsong Heaven has a large covered deck out back with a 7 person hot tub, table, chairs and rocking chairs. The view is beautiful mountains, hillside views in the distance. It's very peaceful and cozy! There is a double wood porch swing out front along with a CHARCOAL GRILL. We do not offer a propane grill due to the fire hazard of flames under our covered porch. In the summer the community pool in Brother's Cove is open and offers spectacular views at the top of the resort.
PARKING: We are at the end of an almost private cul-de-sac (only one other cabin), so there is a lot of parking available. 7-10 cars/trucks.

**CANCELLATION POLICY** Full refund if cancelled 30 days or more prior to check-in date. For reservations cancelled from 1-29 days prior to check-in date, no refund.

**SECURITY DEPOSIT AUTHORIZATION** On your check-in date, a $300 authorization will be be put on your credit card as a hold. Nothing will be charged to your card unless there are significant damages done. Upon check-out, the authorization will be released 3 days after you leave.

Beautiful location that was extremely quiet even with being over the 4th of July. Our kids saw 4 bears in the front yard over our trip. They only walked by, no issues but amazing and memorable. I would highly recommend this cabin.

Perfect size for a comfortable stay for a family of 10. Amazing views! Host is a great communicator and was able to resolve a minor issue effectively. Highly recommended!

Back deck view is great. All 5 bedrooms had their own jacuzzi tub and fireplace. Game room jept both young and old alike. Owners were extremely responsive and great to deal with. Cabinets labeled with contents. Games available. Theater seating upstairs. Good parking. Pet friendly.

Hillsong was nice, but the description of the property was misleading. Technically the house can sleep 16 people and we had 15 staying in the house, but there isn't enough room or seating for that many people to hang out in one room. They did tell us when we were arriving that the couch had been broken, and they were trying to get it replaced. It wasn't replaced until our last day there. Regardless if it were there the main living area is so small you can't comfortably all sit in that area to hang out. The game area and theater area are on the same floor as all of the bedrooms. So that became difficult with putting little ones to bed and still allowing others to hang out. The theater TV was broken the whole time and showing every picture in a blue color, we notified the owners and they sent someone out but it couldn't be fixed. There are only 2 floors to this house and the upstairs has a loft that looks down, but that is where the ping pong table and other games are. With children playing the balls often came flying down to the first floor. The kitchen is tight for 16 people only 1 small fridge that hardly opens due to its location and the ice maker broke while we were there. Also there isn't any outdoor space other than a deck. You can't be in a yard at all and the fire is a gas fire table nothing that you can sit around like you would imagine at a cabin. Overall our vacation with extended family was fun, but not has comfortable as we would have liked in the house.
