About this house rental
101 Hickman Street is a traditional 2 story Rehoboth beach cottage with loads of charm and offers a wonderful screened porch on the front of the home, rear patio, backyard and brand new deck. Less than one and a half blocks to the beach and boardwalk, this property is perfect for the family that wants to park the cars and not move them for the entire vacation. Walk to downtown restaurants from desirable South Rehoboth address. 2 family areas, 1 upstairs and 1 down to relax or watch TV, wireless Internet and two parking spaces in driveway provided. Bonus: 2 Rehoboth Beach Parking Permits provided! This home is available for full weeks in the summer and partial weeks or weekends in the off-season so why not book a relaxing, fall weekend?? No pets or smoking please. Guests pay $160 cleaning fee for stays less than 7 nights, and $100 cleaning fee for 7 nights or more. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. This home perfectly accommodated the 10 of us. We enjoyed the outside deck and screened in front porch. The kitchen was well equipped and the home very clean upon our arrival.

We have rented this house twice in March. This house has lots of character and has been in the same family for generations, unlike a lot of newer, rather sterile places for rent in Rehoboth. It is comfortable and well located, within a very short walking distance of the Boardwalk and a short walking distance to Rehoboth Avenue. BHHS Penn Fed is an excellent and responsive management co.,the best we have dealt with in our many years of renting in Rehoboth.

The house was clean and convenient. Everything worked exactly as it should. We didn’t understand how to make the ice maker work in the huge refrigerator/freezer, they responded immediately to show us. Check-in and check-out was a breeze.

location is prefect 1 block from beach and 3 blocks from town which is easy walk but not to close to be noisy. 4 bedroom, 2 bath. older home but cute inside. issues- run by a large real estate firm. you must stop by office to get key and drop off on way out. more work. no linens. we rented linens from them which is expensive for a week. commercial grade sheets mostly polyester. other strange things- no left over spices/dry goods. no trash bags! must buy ALL paper products yourself. TP/papertowels/napkins. It likes they throw everything out after each visit. you have to make the bed before you leave which is weird. you would want to make sure the bed and bedcovers are clean, no? No soaps! no dishwasher, laundry, or dish soap which is crazy. AC works well. nice street. off street parking. positives. took forever to find an old can opener. no bottle opener that works. bathroom tub not the cleanest. falling apart in places as well. water pressure was an issue.other little things
