We were very comfortable in this unit. The owner was so helpful during our whole stay. Our only complaint we had was the construction made parking and getting around difficult, but that of course is at no fault of the owners. We would 100 % stay there again!

The location was ideal for an event we were attending at the festival grounds in Fargo - it ended up being a 15 minute walk. The carpets are in need of cleaning and there were stains on the sofa, but otherwise everything was clean and we appreciated the two AC wall units as it was unseasonably warm when we were there. There is off street parking in a garage and the host provides a parking permit for a vehicle to park at a parking lot about a block away. We appreciate the host's communication and the location of the apartment. We found a very cute cider bar nearby on the walk to the festival grounds and enjoyed a delicious dinner from the nearby chicken place.
