We're located just blocks from Concordia College and MSUM. The neighborhood is very safe and a mixture of mostly single family homes and a few college rentals. There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance including Rustica (great drinks, wood fired pizza, classic American fare), Mick's Office (college dive bar with great burgers and fries), McDonald's, Taco Bell. Hornbacher's is the local grocery chain and has a location a 3-minute drive away. Across the street from Hornbachers is 99 Bottles, a great local liquor store.
Getting Around:
There's room for parking in the driveway so feel free to bring your car(s). There is also public transit in the area that goes up and down 5th and 8th Sts.

Absolutely stunning updated home. Spacious layout, extremely clean and all amenities were working and on the new side of technology. Would definitely book here again. Owner was responsive and overall a wonderful experience!
