About this chalet rental
the chalet is located in a small quiet mountain hamlet in La Beunaz, commune of Saint paul en chablais, in the countryside, overlooking the forest, but close to shops (5 km), and restaurants (200m). There is a playground at the edge of the mountain lake of La Beunaz 300m from the chalet (swimming / zip line / pedal boat / tree climbing)
You can of course go mountain biking or walking from the chalet.
The most famous summit in the region is the Dent doche, which rises to 2222m above sea level. The start of the hike is 5km by car.
Many other activities possible in summer (Rafting, Hydrospeed, paragliding) and all winter sports (snowshoeing, downhill skiing in Bernex or Thollon les Mémises, cross-country skiing)
The chalet is new, first rental in January 2014
Regarding PRICING
Outside the holiday period, the proposed rate is fixed for a maximum of 2 people. Beyond this, a flat rate of € 10 per additional person per day will be applied.
Pets not accepted.
No smoking
Housework :
The cleaning must be done by the vacationers before their departure.
It is possible to request the additional cleaning service. Contact me to know the conditions.
Bail :
A deposit of 500 € is requested on arrival, not cashed and returned on departure depending on the condition of the accommodation.
Household linen:
Pillows and duvets are provided
Bed linen / towels, are not provided.
