We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.

Loved this stay! Pool was perfect for the kids and the game room was a great feature to have. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Only down side was the resort center amenities, it was over crowded and at capacity every day we went to go check it out. Didn’t have a chance to check it out.

Everything about our stay was great! The house was exactly as described on the listing and communication with the host was quick and easy. All of us enjoyed the pool area and the game room. While we didn’t take advantage of it, the resort area was a nice option to have if you want to mix up your swimming experience from the pool at the house. We would definitely stay again!

The house was very much aligned with the description online and fulfilled our expectations very well. The location was perfect, normally less than 30 minutes to Disney, even with in rush hours. One thing we appreciated very much was the daily garbage collection, this was great!!
We will definitely like to recommend this house.
