The living room is open with tall ceilings and plenty of seating for all your guests. Centered around a 60” flat screen TV, the white leather couches are cozy and stylish. The full kitchen is nearby with granite countertops, upgraded appliances and white cabinetry. The heart of the home is always the kitchen and that is no exception here. Plenty of space allows room for meals together, where you can share them at the adjacent dining room. This home has a second entertaining space with another 60” TV, perfect for the times when everyone wants their own space. With 5 bedrooms, everyone has a comfortable place to sleep on your vacation. Three king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom and 1 room with 2 twins sleeps a total of 10 guests. Each bedroom is filled with warm neutral colors designed for maximum relaxation. We had a wonderful time at the house. My adult sons loved the game room. Everything was as we hoped. The location was perfect for getting around. We spent quite a bit of time at Disney. Our youngest son and his girlfriend are in the college program at Disney and that is why we were there. Wish the weather was nicer for using the pool but the adult children used it a few times.

Brian with Tropical Villas is wonderful to work with! He responds to emails quickly! Our virtual check in process was seamless and all information was sent to us timely! The villa was immaculate! It was clean and spacious for my family of 8. There were plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, and we especially loved the game room! The community pool always had a game of volley ball going that my older boys enjoyed. The water slide was a plus to! This was our second time staying at the Solterra resort and it never disappoints!

We just returned from our stay and it was absolutely perfect! The property is exactly as the pictures show. We arrived at the property late in the evening and entry to the house was a cinch thanks to the great information provided by the management company. We were immediately impressed with how clean the house was, it was spotless!! The kitchen had everything you could ask for. Every room has a flat screen television, including 55 inch televisions in the master suites and in both of the living rooms. The game room was a huge hit with the entire family... we had some great air hockey and pool table competitions! The beds we very comfortable and had plenty of pillows and blankets. The community where the property is located is quiet, secure and beautiful. We spent a few days at the community pool... my kids loved the water slide, the hot tub and the snack stand! We used the private pool as well... it was the perfect temperature. The property is close to plenty of shopping, dining and other activities. We would definitely book this property to stay at again.
