Location and property were really nice. Everything was as it was described in listing.
I was disappointed with the Brett Robinson staff. When I checked in the room, there was a note that the dishwasher was out. I’m ok with that. I asked that they provide some extra supplies since I had to was and dry dishes by hand. I called to ask them and they said, “we provide a starter kit and that’s it.” They then said to ask the front desk of the property and they transferred me. I went to someone’s voicemail and never received a call back. The Brett Robinson office was literally across the street so it would not have been hard to help me out. We never received any update if or when they would fix the dishwasher. It was never fixed. Again, I get things break, it’s how you make it right separates the strong management from this company.
