Views of the sugar-white sand and emerald-green waves greet you from the gulf front balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area. Featuring 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom and sleeping four, this vacation rental is located on the 5th floor of the Island Winds East.
· Flat screen television and sofa Queen sleeper in the living area.
· Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, seating for 4 at the large counter height breakfast bar.
· King-size bed and television in the master bedroom.
· Tub and shower combination in the master bathroom.
· Stacked washer and dryer in the hall closet.
· Beautiful Gulf-front view from balcony with seating for four.
Island Winds East Units: Onsite parking is limited to one (1) parking pass per unit, regardless of size during Spring Break, mid May through mid August, Labor Day, and Shrimp Festival event. Additional parking available offsite. Subject to change.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Overall it was a good stay and a great location. The only thing is, it was really small so for us it was perfect but for 4 people I don't think it would be big enough. The vents in the bathroom and hallway had mold growing which is not pleasant. The bed was so comfortable. Also, be sure to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap to wash dishes and trash bags. I would have thought maybe they would provide maybe one of everything but that was not the case. If you are wanting a private balcony this is not the stay for you either. You can see and talk to your neighbor.

We tried to take the trash out but there was no drop.

Room, bathroom, closet, and kitchen contained mold and smelled. All of us got a headache and felt sick. View was great, but room needs to be rid of the mold.
