Easy to rent on VRBO. Condo was beautiful and clean. Only had two small issues: front bathroom was missing tub plug but we replaced it; and, the closet door to the washer was off its hinge when we arrived. Other than that it was great!

The condo was nice and roomy, however, the floors and baseboards were not clean. My grand daughter who crawls had black legs. Also, I don’t think as much as the price is for the stay you should have to pay to park!! We had to go downstairs to get blankets because all they had were sheets on the bed. The whole condo needs updating!! I don’t think we will stay at any of the Phoneix’s again!! There was only 4 elevators for the whole Phoenix V. We spent a lot of the time waiting for an elevator from the 12th floor.
The good thing were the beds were comfy and the air conditioner worked great! Coming from South Louisiana right after Hurricane Ida electricity and air conditioning was very welcome!
