We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.

This property was very clean upon arrival. Centrally located from all the attractions. You can get anywhere within 20-30 minutes. We loved the open layout of the common spaces. We decided to not heat the pool and that wasn’t an issue seeing it was 80-90 our entire stay. It was quite warm on its own.
Great for a family to spread out. Expect to hear neighbors since you are sharing walls.
We didn’t use any of the amenities on property. It was full of kids and families each day. We spent our time in our pool which was just fine for us.

Storey Lake was awesome, with waterides for the kids, it’s lazy river, putt putt, and the bar with daily specials. It was just great. Location was good too, very close to Disney. What wasn’t so fun was the construction going on and ants in the house, not to mention the tiny pool at the house itself, so small that no one used it. It should be more like a hot tub, and to think we paid extra to have the water heated. It really was a waste of money. It’s really even too small for two kids to play in.
