The location was great! Having access to the surrounding Phoenix properties was a plus. Absolutely loved the coffee shop in Phoenix I. The owner and the young ladies who worked there were amazing and very sweet! The condo interior was dated and the photos shared on the website gave the impression it was much nicer than reality. The kitchen was too small to cook. The second bedroom was very small and not accommodating for teenage boys. We had a slow draining tub/shower in the main bathroom which was discovered the first night. I reported the issue to the desk at Phoenix I the very next morning and nothing was done until I inquired again at the desk two days later. The engineers resolved the issue by cleaning out huge clumps of hair and left them in the small wastebasket in the bathroom. A classy touch would have been to dispose of that disgusting smelly hair outside the unit.

This condo is in a great area of the beach, and we truly did enjoy our stay. I will say our particular unit was smaller than expected. The kitchen wasn't stocked very well and the garbage disposal leaked. There were several lights out, as well. All in all, as enjoyed our vacation and the actual facilities at Phoenix II were great. We won't stay in this particular unit again, though.
