The special position of the villa, with a unique panorama allows you to regenerate, enjoying the flavors of authentic nature, and also easy access to many towns of historical, artistic and gastronomic value, like: Umbria-Citta di Castello, Perugia, Gubbio , Assisi, Lake Trasimeno and the Tuscany-Sansepolcro, Anghiari, Arezzo, Cortona and Florence itself.

Acadirospi is a splendid villa with swimming pool ideal for those who love to enjoy the tranquility immersed in nature, hiking, mountain biking and horse riding, as well as exploring the artistic and cultural heritage of the Umbria and Tuscany regions. The old farmhouse dates back to the 13th century and has been renovated while maintaining the characteristics of a typical Umbrian / Tuscan farmhouse, located on top of a hill, in the countryside. The Villa can accommodate up to 9 people and is arranged over 3 floors: the ground floor has an independent entrance, here we find a double bedroom (2 people) with private bathroom and a gallery room with sofa bed and a double bedroom above the mezzanine. An external staircase leads to the first floor where there is the living room with fireplace and a large country kitchen, oven, two refrigerators with freezer and dishwasher. Going up an internal staircase leads to the 2nd floor where there are two bedrooms (a double bed with a single bedroom and one with two single beds) and the second bathroom. Outside you can enjoy our garden and beautiful Tuscan/Umbria countryside or just take a swim in our big (72m2) pool.

The Swimming pool is closed from Oktober until June every year. Depending on the weather.
