Great location, great hosts

Great location, using the steps across the road to get down the track to the beach. Shop a few minutes walk away. Aprtment was nice and clean, well decorated and enough basic utensils to use.

There is building work next door, which isn't a problem, but would have been good to state at time of booking as some could find it loud if at the pool during daytime.

Villa Vanda is a great economic option for a stay in Dubrovnik, with its great location close to family-friendly beaches

It was clean, comfortable and in a great location within walking distance of swimming beaches. Ivo and his son were lovely, so easy to communicate with and even provided a transfer to the airport

The pool was a bit small but as the property was so close to the beach, it didn’t matter at all.

A perfect trip!!

The apartment was really spacious and very clean. The outside space and pool was really good, the whole apartment was perfect for us! The location was really good, only a 10 minute drive to the old town and a shop a couple of minutes walk away. The hosts were the best part, they came to meet us when we arrived and gave us some recommendations and booked our island tour for us which was really helpful. Through no fault of the hosts we experienced a minor issue with our tour, however the hosts were really approachable and instantly dealt with the situation eventhough it was not their fault. They were so friendly and always made sure we were okay! Definitely recommend staying here!!

Host was very helpful, easy natured, engaging and friendly.

We were a group of six. Three couples and one person had to sleep in the living room on the sofa bed. Not the fault of Villa Vanda, my own fault for not checking more closely.

Area was lovely and quiet. Hosts were always contactable and got back to us immediately if we had any questions. Location was excellent as was the apartment and the pool was an extra bonus.

Apartment was clean, beautiful and location was very nice. Ivo was very helpful and gave nice tips for our trip!

Floor squeegee and oven would've been nice to have! Maybe little bit too small for 7 persons, especially when it rained almost the whole time 😆 WiFi didn't always work well.

AMAZING you have to stay here!

Ivo and his family are so warm and welcoming and sorted us out with everything we needed (fresh towels every day, lifts to and from the airport, booking day trips and excursions for us). Beds are very comfy and the shower is lovely, everything so clean and modern. The pool is amazing and so nice to cool off in after lying on the sun loungers for a while. 5 minute walk from the sea and supermarket. In a lovely quiet area a little bit outside Old Town, but you can get there very easily by bus. Close to lots of nice restaurants. Cannot fault the place and will 100% be back and be recommending friends and family. Thanks again Ivo!

A wonderful stay at Villa Vanda.

Met by Ivo(host) who took the time to welcome us and offer advice on best places to visit. We went on a day trip on a boat which was arranged by Ivo and had a wonderful experience. Nothing was to much for the host and a lovely house in a good location.

Lovely owners and facilities. Shared with others but didn't ruin the experience.

Me and my mum stayed here for seven days and we had a fantastic time. The owners were really friendly and helpful, always happy to have a chat with you and give recommendations of what to do in the local area but also happy to leave you be when you are sunbathing etc. and always provided clean towels. The location is perfect and you are just a few minutes walk away from some really nice bars and restaurants, or you can go to some of the local beaches if that's your thing. Overall the place met our expectations and we had a fantastic time. If you want to go into old town you can easily get an uber and it doesn't cost too much.

I think that most people including us had the impression from the listing that the pool was private and that we would have it to ourselves, this was not the case and you are sharing with 2 other apartments which was a little disappointing. In the end it wasn't a huge problem for us and we had plenty of times when the pool was empty for us which was great, but please be aware of this fact because it is very likely you may be sharing with others.
