Nice and clean place, very friendly host who is flexible if it comes to check in or out hours. Would love to come back and spent more time there.

We liked everything. The hosts made us feel very welcome, the garden is unbelievable and the property extremely clean.

The pool was clean and lovely to swim in.

The breakfast did not really live up to the hype in the reviews. We arrived shortly after a terrific thunderstorm which may have been the reason the welcome was not what we had expected, and the room had no welcoming additions after a long drive - water, biscuits, tea making facilities. We did ask for and get tea - but it was not offered. To be fair - later we were offered a drink, and that felt more in keeping with the reviews I had read. Again - I'm guessing the storm did not help - but it was just the two of us there. Dinner was also not available - however our host did organise for us to pop across the road to the neighbouring B&B. Wished we had stayed there! Lovely hosts and superb dinner. Room roof did leak and the light was very dim. Perhaps just bad timing but for the price - not a great experience.
