About this house rental
Our vacation home is located on our 25-hectare farm, right next to the main house, in the midst of peaceful, unspoiled natural surroundings.
From here, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Costa Smeralda’s hinterland with its impressive granite formations, cork oaks, Mediterranean scrub, and the majestic Monte Limbara. The house features its own small lawn and an outdoor dining area, ideal for cozy meals under the open sky.
Guests can pick fresh vegetables from the garden for their own use and collect breakfast eggs directly from our chickens.
Friendly dogs live on our farm, and donkeys graze alongside sheep in the surrounding pastures. We also have chickens that provide fresh eggs.
The nearest town is only 2 km away, and the nearest beach is about 20 km away. Porto Cervo and Olbia are approximately 30 km away.

We had a very good stay at Eveline’s house. The advertisement is a good reflection of reality. The house is very well located into the inland and approximately 30-45 min drive from the nice coast places. The availability of having a swimming pool, which is very large, is a big plus.

It was a pleasure being there. The pool is gorgeous, the host is so nice and friendly, the house has plenary of space and the environment is very calm and relaxing.
You definitely need a car at your stay!

We had a warm welcome. We felt at home with Eveline, her husband and the dogs. The house was nice! If we come back in Sardinia we will definitely come back on this place.

Fantastic host and a lovely property on a stunning island.
Our host Eveline was lovely and on the first night gave us lots of information about the island, she also helped to organise boat hire for us. Fruit and vegetables that they were growing were freely available and the many dogs and other animals on site provided other produce and great entertainment. Car hire is a must here as the property is a fair way from any amenities. We were there in August and the villa was cooler than outside but it would definitely benefit from air conditioning during those hot summer months. one fan was not quite enough. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely visit the island again to explore the parts that we didn't get to as the island is bigger than we realised!
I would definitely recommend this property to others.
