Clean, friendly central just what we wanted

Posada del Fraile is an excellent place to stay. Cleaniness, location and staff are excellent. Very friendly and help us to find an excellent ecotours guide.

A lovely stay in the heart of town.

a beautiful hotel with lots of nice art pieces, furniture and pottery in the communal areas. a lovely roof terrace, good location. very comfortable beds, blankets and pillows. Lovely staff who made us feel very welcome and gave the kids some games and toys to play with. would definitely recommend

Great hotel, perfect location in centre of town, very cute decoration and nice touches.

Lovely little hotel, cute decorations full of personality and really friendly and helpful owners and staff. Gorgeous roof terrace, stay in the room up there if you can as it's bright and has direct terrace access.

The bed was very small to share, but otherwise everything was great.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were close to the Monastery/Museum (about 10 minute walk).

Cold floor. Maybe could have a small rug at the bed sides. My wife mistakenly opened a wrong room with our room's key; that was disconcerting and we felt insecure.

Exceptional

We like details, and this place was full of small details we adore. You can fell very cosy here, surrounded by helpful staff . All hotel looks fully completed , which is hard to find here in Mexico. We definitely would go here again. And by the way there is security parking for your car if you arrive with it.

Highly recommended roof top room

The posada really is highly recommended. It is authentic, beautiful, very hygienic. The people are very friendly . The room on the roof had a super big terrace looking over the city. There is however no breakfast facilities. But the center is at 400m .

The shower was little bit old. And the beam was very weak.

La cama era más pequeña que una matrimonial. La reservación la hice por un cuarto con cama matrimonial, y el colchón estaba en ma estado, al acostarme me hundía al centro de la cama, de lo mal que estaba el colchón.

No ofrecieron desayuno, la atención personal fue muy buena, nos recibieron antes en el check in y eso nos ayudó a no estar en la calle, al final nos ayudaron a conseguir un taxi a las 10 de la noche para regresarnos a nuestra ciudad de origen

Tiene terrazas y el día de mi estancia había fiesta y algo ruidosa, hasta tarde, y cada vez qué regresaba la puerta cerrada y el timbre para que te abrieran

Increíble alojamiento

Realmente todo estuvo muy bonito, nos ayudaron con un check-in a las 10pm lo cual estuvo increíble, además de la ubicación a tan solo 150m de la catedral, y a 200metros del mercado.
