    Hi booked a single room at Ensana Nove Lazne but they didn't honor it because if a communication problem between Agoda and the hotel. They were very unhelpful and not to the standard of a 5 star hotel. I canceled the booking with them and booked a double room at Ensana Centralni instead. To compensate for the bad experience I had they gave me a suite the second night.
