A Luxury, Air Conditioned, 3 Double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom Detached Villa with its own Private heated Pool, located in the resort town of El Gouna on the Red Sea. Set in grounds of just under an acre and located on its own beach leading down to the Lagoon, accommodation is spread over two floors with a third floor roof terrace which offers amazing views. This beautiful Villa features 3 Double bedrooms (en-suite bathrooms) and 1 single bedroom on the third floor and an extra room with an en-suite bathroom equipped for cook or a driver , Fully equipped Kitchen, Lounge and Dining area over look the terrace & pool area and ground floor cloakroom. Designed by prominent Egyptian Architect Shehab Mazhar, this beach front White Villa personifies the warm elegance of Mediterranean architecture and features 360 degree panoramic views of the Red Sea, golf course and surrounding mountains. The villa is approached through its own private driveway with landscaped gardens of 23 palms. The rear pool terrace has sun from dawn till dusk, swimming pool with infinity edge, sunken thatched bar and barbecue area.

It was a pleasure stay at this villa, check-in was very fast, accurate and friendly by the property manager (Islam). Villa was very clean and facilities are ready. kids jumped into pool within 15 mins of our arrival. The team sanitized the villa before we go, and while check-in to ensure everything is perfect. Team response was fantastic to resolve any rising issues. I will really visit Gouna again with same team and property.

We had a lovely hoilday in this villa the pool was amazing the sunsets were amazing the pool was heated on arrival the host was lovely we used the bbq in the gardan that was very nice there’s also a free phone inside the villa to call tuk tuks awesome mode of transportation we used them a lot to go to the shops and when we went for food every thing you need is only 5 minuets away by tuk tuk only down side is it could of been cleaned better and it needs a bit of tlc where maintenance is concerned it’s looking a bit older then the pictures show maybe worth giving it a new touch of paint and some love but as a whole I would recommend this villa the beds were comfortable and it’s so quiet and peaceful thank you for having us.

The house was exactly as advertised. It is a cosy and neat house, quite spacious rooms with good furniture. The owner was extremely helpful throughout the stay when we needed a handyman to fix something. We would definitely stay there again and again, and recommend that you do too.

A really lovely place to stay and allowed us to relax and unwind that is well located.
Downsides are the villas pool area was plagued with flies periods of the days which was annoying. Also the villa is a three bedroom really, not the five advertised. The 4th room at the top has limited usage. It doesn’t have access to a bathroom so could only be used for young children that rarely shower.
The fifth is purely for a driver and I’m told is very small, meaning it’s only useful for someone that you don’t care much for as it doesn’t have aircon( maybe your mother-in-law..)
Swimming pool was a disappointment, it is shallow for 3/4 of it so no diving was allowed. This is excellent for families with young children but for anybody over 3ft tall it’s not great as you have to swim in circles to exercise.
Any issues were dealt with very promptly. Thank you for a great stay
