The jungle style environment and the staff. The balcony on the edge of the river was great

The walking bridge is a bit dangerous for kids, there’s no safety blockers and they potentially can fall if not holding them

Location was super, rooms are very comfortable and clean, located in a beautiful environment. The atmosphere is serene and quiet. A bit further away from the crowds, but just a short walk from the restaurants, bars and the entrance of the National park. Staff were great, they really made the difference. Always happy to help and we received great tips and recommendations for restaurants and trips. They absolutely make you feel at home. Breakfast was outstanding! Both presentation and quality. We would really recommend this resort.

Animals (from small ants, lizards to monkeys) are part of the surrounding. Embrace and appreciate them.

The property was thoughtfully laid out, perfectly located next to the national park. The room was comfortable and the breakfast wonderful. The absolutely best thing was the staff who knew us by name and went absolutely out of the way to help us with our activities and also with an unexpected trip to the hospital to deal with an injury. They couldn’t have been kinder. Highly recommend

My one suggestion would be to get a water filter or two so we could refill water bottles rather than using plastic bottles.
