The staff was very kind and helpful and rooms were lovely!

The staff were generally friendly and helpful, especially when it came to assisting with a room change due to a separate booking, which I really appreciated. However, it was sometimes a bit difficult to communicate when trying to book tours, which made planning activities a little challenging. Breakfast was okay — nothing standout, but it did the job. One highlight though, was the restaurant next door, which served really tasty food and was definitely worth checking out. The pool and facilities were a highlight! Really good area to cool off after a long day exploring Overall, it’s a solid place to stay in Khao Sok with helpful staff and a convenient setup, just with a few areas that could be improved.

The bathrooms could use a bit of an update, but they were still functional and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Everything. We were picked up and dropped of by a nice driver. Although the guide assigned to us during our 1 day lake tour needs more training. We were listening to other guides explain more stuff during the short walk tour. And this guide forgot to tell us time of departure from the swimming area. So all of us were waiting for a long time (until 3pm) where we could have swam or kayak more.

Excellent position on the main road. Nice and quiet on a night and no one round the pool when we used it.

The rules , you have to sign to say you will not break the rules most of them you wouldn’t anyway to be honest. One was if you mark the bed sheets you don’t get your deposit back , the bed sheets were already marked and when we mentioned this to reception they just shrugged and said we know. The rooms and very dark and need updated and we were told not to bring any food back because of the rats and monkeys, luckily we didn’t see either.
