I booked this cottage for my niece and her 2 teenage children.They we’re very disappointed that there was no Internet or tv in the cottage.It took 2 days to get hold of anybody as nobody answered the phone.When they did we were told the village was out of internet due to a fault.Someone came to fix it and said it was only our cottage that was at fault.The owner tried to remedy things but not once did he apologise for the inconvenience or offer a refund.All in all the cottage was adequate for their stay but would have liked tv.

Good location, lovely village, good eating places. Cottage quiet and tucked away. We thought the barn conversion was delightful, decorated and furnished to a high standard and very comfortable. Perhaps the description on the website could be updated eg there were two hairdryers, and tea towels so we need not have taken any.
We just could not open the key box on arrival - maybe the torrential rain was affecting it. As a result, we got drenched on the doorstep! Help soon arrived in response to my desperate phone call. It was another two days before we got it to work. All very odd...

The property was immaculate and very clean. The shower was amazing. TV and DVDs had plenty of choice. All facilities plus more were available.
