Pleasant but disappointed.

Size and location

It wasn’t clean. We had to wash the saucepans, cutlery and mugs before use. We found empty packets behind a bedside cabinet. Chips under the sofa and a bottle in the longe.

Nice House considering the normal English standards. Host was helpful and answered questions very quickly. Very cheap uber ride to the main town.

English standards isnt always very luxurios, as long as you know that when coming i have no complaints.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Safari House in Manchester for three nights, and it was nothing short of amazing. The accommodation provided was superb, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. One of the standout features is its convenient location close to the city center, making it easy to explore all that Manchester has to offer. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and readily available to address any questions or concerns, ensuring a seamless experience throughout our stay. The cleanliness of The Safari House is commendable, and the spaciousness of the accommodations added an extra layer of comfort to our trip. Overall, our time at The Safari House was truly memorable, and I can confidently say it's a top recommendation for anyone seeking an exceptional stay in Manchester.

Fantastic host. Polite and helpful! Couldn’t have done more for us.

Great host. Very easy to contact. Very helpful. We needed more shower gel and toilet rolls and they were delivered promptly to the house! Good layout of rooms and enough space for our group. Hot tub was a lovely touch too.

Dirty and a bit rundown

Easy to get into and not far from the University.

The property was filthy. Nothing has been cleaned properly except the fresh bedding and towels. We found hairballs in the bedrooms and the sofas were stained. Additionally there was not enough kitchenware for us all (1 fork, 4 bowls, no kitchen scissors etc.). Two of the beds broke whilst we were staying there. Generally not a pleasant place to stay.

The hot tub was absolutely amazing, those jets really dont mess about. The location is about a 5 minute drive from Manchester city centre and has quite a few nice areas to explore within walking distance.

Maison dans un quartier calme avec accès aisé au centre Manchester

La maison est située dans un quartier paisible. Mais elle est située à proximité d'un arrêt de bus qui permet d'arriver facilement dans le centre de Manchester. Il est également possible de se rendre dans une rue commerçante en marchant quelques minutes. La décoration intérieure était belle. Les 5 chambres sont spacieuses. Les lits étaient faits à notre arrivée et il y a avait du linge de douche à notre disposition. Les lits étaient confortable. Il y a deux salles de bain à disposition. Le jacuzzi était en fonctionnement et a bien rempli son rôle. Une machine à café Dolce Gusto était présente dans la cuisine.

La cuisine manquait d'équipement (couvercle de casserole pas adapté, bouchon qui ne fonctionnait pas dans l'évier). Dans la salle de bain du bas, quand nous prenions une douche, il y avait de l'eau au sol : peut être prévoir quelque chose au sol pour absorber l'eau.
