Mutiara Beach Resort

The staff and food have been amazing. The beach right in front of the cabins is beautiful and well maintained. Possibility to snorkel and see sea life few meters away from the beach. I appreciated the coconuts taken directly from the resort palms :). Unfortunately in late august south currents dropped down the water visibility but I'm sure that in other periods the visibility is much better.

I wanted to stay more :)

I absolutely love the vibe here, it’s so peaceful! The moment we reached there, we felt so welcomed by the staff and they even help to carry our big 28" luggage to the room. They were very attentive to our request and always smiling. They offered to let them know if we needed anything and they will help to buy it outside of the resort if the items is not available at the resort such as cigarette. The best part is that you can just WhatsApp them for whatever you need, and they will deliver your foods straight to your room or right to you on the beach. You can also rent a bike here to go around the place. When we check out, the staff immediately came to our room and offered to help us carry our luggage. Last but not least, I really appreciated their efforts on preparing the complimentary birthday cake for my husband! And even sing with us together at that night when sending the cake to us. Thank you very much! Sorry, I don't really remember the names of each staff, but everyone did a really good job during my stay!

Maybe can provide a kettle in the room? Though they can provide the hot water upon request, but I think it would be convenient if they can just put a kettle and mugs inside the room.

Nice beach and gardens, very friendly staff.

A lot of mosquito and cabin open to everything, beds damp.
