The hotel seems pretty new. We had a huge room intended for disabled people. It was fine, though a bit strange since we are not disabled. Everything was very clean and the beds were confortable. Personnel at the reception is friendly and they speak english. There is a supermarked across the street (though it's a busy street and cars drive very fast there, so caution is needed when crossing). Walking to the old center takes a bit more than half an hour.

It's a pity that I booked 2 rooms, but the rooms we got were not close to each other, not even on the same floor. The hotel is called "Holiday Inn", but we couldn't find any reference to the brand anywhere in the hotel. The decoration is a bit over the top. We didn't have breakfast there. The most important point for improvement is the car park: you pay 18 euros per day, but if you leave the parking you don't have a guarantee that you will have a parking place in the garage when you get back. So you need to take public transport to go into the city, which is an additional cost. The hotel should either make the parking free, or guarantee a place for those who pay for it.

Friendly Staff

I had to take a shower with almost cold water because there was no hot water available. I also turned on the heating in the room, but it did not warm the room sufficiently. However Staff was very friendly.
