Location and staff
Since the take over from IHG, cleaning is not the same as it was before, especially in the bathroom. I stay at the hotel 3-4 times a year for the last 5 years and it is getting worse

The location is very convenient, only two stops away from the city center. There are parking options outside the garage as well. The rooms are clean and bright.
The pillows are very thin and stained. Booking a double room my expectation is to have one double bed rather than two not so stable ones together.
Also the hair dryer did not work and the only option was to switch rooms while an easier solution would be to eventually have a back up hair dryer to give guests to use in such case

The location is very convenient, super close to the public transportation. The parking options are good. The room is spacious and clean and the staff is friendly.
The pillows are very thin and stained. Booking a double room my expectation is to have one double bed rather than two not so stable ones together.

Friendly Staff
I had to take a shower with almost cold water because there was no hot water available. I also turned on the heating in the room, but it did not warm the room sufficiently. However Staff was very friendly.
