Clean apartment, close to the beach, next to bus interchange. Great view from the balcony. Light apartment with lots of fresh air.
It can be a little noisy at night but the buses stop at 11pm and we didn't have any problem sleeping.

The owner was very friendly and the room was nicely decorated. Very practical location close to a bus station, beach and grocery stores.
The rooms could have been a little cleaner (there were some crisps under the couch and hair on bathroom walls) and the matress on the bed seemed to have been used a lot too. Kitchen was equipped only with the bare essentials.

Nice furnitured apartment with lots of art details. Comfortable bed and lots of space. Nice balcony at the sleeping room with a fantastic view of Las Palmas. The owner lives next to you and is really friendly. Busstop in front of the door, walk to the beach 10 minutes. I liked it very much.
I missed some kitchen utensils like a bigger pot and pan. It's the poor part of Las Palmas but still charming, pretty and lovely.
