Excelente relación calidad-precio de este apartamento. Una gran situación con vistas al puerto frente al parque del Castillo de la Luz. Muy luminoso. Poca contaminación acústica para estar cerca de una parada importante de autobuses. Muy buen comunicado. Servicios de todo tipo a pocos pasos. El inmueble muy moderno y tranquilo. Acogedor. La cama muy cómoda. Bien provisto de electrodomésticos de todo tipo, no falta de nada. Menaje de hogar y cocina básico y suficiente. La empresa Canarias Getaway te ayudan con cualquier petición y muy amables.
Ligeros desperfectos en algún elemento estético nada importante que no causó ningún efecto en la habitabilidad. La empresa tomó nota para solucionarlos.

Great location for buses, shops & beach. Well equipped apartment, great view of harbour and park.
Apartment floor 5 room 2 had a defective left hand side window full length door which did not close/ seal correctly so we had a draft and a lot of street noise. We contacted Getaway a few times to ask if they could book a taxi for our departure but we did did not get a reply.
