Sands River Hoi An Villa

We stayed here for 4 nights and couldn’t be happier. The owners are some of the hardest working hosts we’ve met, going all out to make sure our stay was a great one. Being only 200m to the beach and the river on the doorstep was a real bonus. The host also cooked us a delicious breakfast each morning. The beds and pillows are comfortable along with a strong wifi connection. The host provides sun chairs and umbrellas on the river bank making it the perfect spot for coffee or a bite to eat. We highly recommend staying here. Oh, and the pool is an added bonus on a hot day.

Hein was incredibly kind and hardworking, ensuring that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It’s a beautiful small hotel with a great pool area and views of the river - amazing at sunset. It was a perfect place to unwind as it was in a quieter area and there’s no noise at night which we appreciated! The breakfast was always delicious and the rooms were a good comfortable size and extremely clean and the beds were really comfortable! After traveling for 3 months this place is a highlight

location is alright if you drive a motorbike, in a quiet neighbourhood. river across the road with open views and beautiful night sky. can see the river view in the family room.

it's does not look like a hotel or villa. it's more like rooms for rent in a big home. you must walk up the stairs to get to the room. the host was also too eager to get a 10/10 score by reminding me multiple times.
