Clear instructions for check in and check out. Location is good for walking + tram/subway/bus. There's an Aeon mart within 5 minutes walking distance. Heater is doing awesome to keep the whole place warm. The bedding are clean and comfortable. Bath tub and bathroom are clean (without mold at all), extra toilet paper are provided in the toilet, bidet toilet is great. Water pressure and water heater are doing well. Washing machine is good, but detergent is not provided. Hangers are provided too. Microwave oven, electric kettle and kitchen utensils are provided.
No Netflix or YouTube channel available. Sound proof need to be improved as we can hear our upstairs. Deodorant spray for clothing is not provided.

近くにスーパー、コンビニ、飲食店ありで立地は最高。
今年は暑くて
ベットルームには風が行かない方向にエアコンがあり窓を開けると車がうるさくて寝れないくらい、逆にリビングに行くとエアコンが直撃でした
鍵が二つあったら良かったです
