お部屋が清潔で鏡が大きく、シャンプーやスキンケア用品のチョイスが良かったです。リファのドライヤーとシャワーヘッド、サロニアのヘアアイロン完備もとても良かった。
お菓子やコーヒーのサービスも嬉しかったのと、食卓の下のふわふわマットが気持ちよかったです。
土砂降りの雨で到着が遅れるリクエストにも快く受けてくださり安心でした。住民の方ともエレベーターで会いましたが、自然に挨拶してくださり安心して宿泊できました。
すすきのからかなり近く、歩いて余裕の立地でした。
多分、お部屋のドアの電子パッドが壊れていました。数字が表示されないのでパスワードを入力できず、鍵で物理的に開けました。それくらいです。

電話口の方の対応がとても良く、室内も清潔で充実した旅行になりました。
良くなかったというか、換気扇を回すと洗濯機の排水口の隙間から異臭が… キッチンペーパーで塞がせていただき問題ない感じでした。
