Fun!

Pascal was a lovely and friendly host, very sweet person. Area was lovely and only 10 minutes from Dinant.Lots of utilites provided which really helps.

Shower is in the kitchen and when travelling with a group is a little weird, however it is in the photos!

Very good

The location was great, the village is beautiful and it's easy to walk around to the main areas and river. The apartment was large and had a huge range of amenities. It was nice to receive a welcome pack of breakfast items too!

It was really very hot - not a surprise for Europe at the time, but there wasn't any air conditioning or fan that was suitable. The windows were open when we arrived, but this didn't make enough difference for us to have a good nights sleep.

The way of paying the deposit is strange. Had to pay the deposit in cash at another BnB almost 1km away from the apartment. Without a car a bit laborious.... At the checkout-morning we picked up our deposit again at the mentioned BnB, but nobody checked our room....the sense of this deposit is not clear for us.

It was all we needed and more - for the price we paid

We loved the area. The studio was perfect for a short stay. Very clean, friendly owner and even small attentions awaiting us.

The breakfast was a bit too simple for the price we paid. But then again the lady was so kind we gladly paid it.

The owner lied about damage and claimed 500 euros! Don't book an apartment here!

In the comment below you can read that the owner claims we have stolen things and that we made a lot of noise. This is not true. After arriving home from our trip the owner claimed that we had damaged things in the house and he asked for 500 euros. We immediately called him to settle this because we didn't do anything, but he didn't take the calls. We didn't hear from him afterwards. We hope you don't book an apartment with this man, because it is not okay at all to try and claim money from your customers. I have been a loyal client from booking and never had any problems before. This claim has ruined our trip. We will never book here again. Booking has now deleted this apartment from the website. However, pay attention because the owner is also active on other websites.

Friendly, kind, accommodating. All the basic equipment you need is there. Comfortable with kids. Seperate kitchen Very clean. A little park close enough to walk to with kids and dogs. Parking in front of the house.

A little difficult up and down the stairs with kids, luggage, pets, etc, but not a serious problem.

Very nice communication. Quiet area, enough space and a lot many helpful stuff at the kitchen. Rooms are clean and the quality of the building is good. I would strongly recommend Pascal! compliments fok kids were perfect. Thank you very much.

Euh chauffage bien, literie correct, sécurité incendie très correct

Pas de rideaux sur les Velux , juste un morceaux de toile avec ventouse, possibilité de croisé le voisin qui sort de sa douche, toile d’araignée en masse, douche bof, trop d équipement tout les placards sont pleins, manque de prise table de nuit, peur de réveiller les voisins, et c est déjà pas mal sauf le prix pour moi 90 e serait plus judicieux

- Petit studio au 2ème - La douche donne dans le séjour/cuisine qui est aussi très petit, vive l’intimité … - Pas de store au velux - Mauvaise insonorisation - Pas chauffé mais petit chauffage d’appoint à disposition Et puis pour terminer, c’est relativement vieux et ça craque de partout

Logement spacieux et bien équipé. Avec place de parking juste en dessous. Bien situé pour visiter la région Wallonie. Très bon accueil de l hôte et très disponible.

Les escaliers sont un peu raides pour les personnes qui ont des difficultés.

Nous avons passé deux nuits parfaites dans ce logement confortable, chaleureux et très bien équipé. L’hôte a fait preuve d’une disponibilité exemplaire et d’une gentillesse remarquable. Un grand merci pour le pack de bienvenue, ainsi que pour le réfrigérateur déjà en marche, contenant quatre boissons fraîches offertes.

Alors oui, la douche dans la cuisine peut sembler surprenante au départ, mais avec son rideau bien opaque, cela n’a finalement rien enlevé au confort du séjour. Ce petit détail original aura été très vite oublié grâce à la qualité du bien dans sa globalité

Accommodatie ok, eigenaar niet

De locatie en omgeving was prachtig.

De eigenaar was in eerste instantie een zeer vriendelijke humorvolle man. Wij hadden aan het begin van de avond een gesprek met hem en gaven aan dat als wij te luidruchtig zouden praten hij dit mocht aangeven bij ons. Hij gaf aan dat stilte na 23:00 wenselijk was. Toen wij rond 23:00 nog even een luchtje wilden scheppen alvorens te gaan slapen reageerde hij zeer boos en niet voor reden vatbaar. Hij heeft ons niet persoonlijk gevraagd om rust, maar direct gerapporteerd bij Booking.com alsmede bijde politie. Hij gaf aan dat hij ons meerdere malen had aangesproken op lawaai. Dit is echter niet waar. Ook toen hij zeer boos reageerde zijn wij netjes gebleven. Heel bijzonder, ik heb dit nog nooit meegemaakt

Dachgeschoss. Kein Ausblick. Die Treppe eine Zumutung. Steil und kurzer Auftritt. Das untere Appartement war frei wäre besser gewesen. Von einer Terrasse war nicht vorhanden. Die Angaben nicht zutreffend. Sind in 1Tag früher abgereist. Schade
